StorageWorks D2D Backup System introduced by HP

HP introduced new disk-based backup and recovery system. This new system automates backup to provide data protection for as many as four servers in a single, self-managing device.

D2D Backup System includes browser based interface for monitoring and administration. This
provides up to 1.5 terabytes of usable space and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, attaches onto most existing networks. This product is easy to configure and only three steps of setup can you make your whole setting.

The D2D Backup System is HP's fourth storage product rollout for SMBs since September. Similar to the All-in-One system, the HP D2D Backup System features an iSCSI interface that plugs into a standard Ethernet network and a setup wizard that allows users with little or no storage experience to configure the device.
